Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel offers quite a lot of functions, but it’s extremely easy to work with, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes just a click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have created will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you will simply have to click the "Catch-all" button for the given email address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either turn off the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and takes one more mouse click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be activated effortlessly if you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will find a mini symbol handily situated right next to each one. With just one single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the menu that will come into view. If any of the conditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will notify you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
