Debian in VPS Servers
There're several Operating Systems that we provide with our VPS plans and Debian is among them, so if you need a server with this OS, you will be able to get one in less than one hour. We also offer 32-bit and 64-bit releases of the OS to ensure that the VPS you'll obtain will completely cover the system requirements of any web or offline application that you would like to install on the server. Controlling the content on the server can be performed in two ways, depending on the choice you make on the order page. With no Control Panel, you're able to do everything on your Debian-equipped server using Secure Shell, as you will have root-level access, while with the Hepsia Control Panel, the root access will have some limitations, but you'll be able to do everything through your browser using an intuitive web interface, even when you are not very experienced. Using the optional Managed Services package that we supply, we can also keep your Debian OS updated weekly, saving you time and effort.
Debian in Dedicated Servers
You're able to select the Debian OS for your new dedicated server with a click on our order page and according to your choice, we'll set up the 32-bit or the 64-bit release of the OS on your machine, so that the software that you will install later will work in the right way. Using a server without any Control Panel, you will receive Debian and the Apache web server software and you're able to control everything through a console. A server which is obtained with our Hepsia Control Panel will come with all of the software that you may need for your web sites. Although with the latter option the root access is restricted, you can manage the server as if it were a shared web hosting account, so that you can take advantage of a dedicated machine even if you don't have previous experience with this type of hosting service. If you purchase our Managed Services upgrade, we will take care of your server and will update its OS on a weekly basis so as to make sure that you have the latest and most safe release.
